Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 business hours after placement. Please note that business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day (usually Monday morning). Delays may occur during these periods, so we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All packages are shipped via international postal services. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal conditions. Typically, orders arrive within 7–15 business days, though occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 for all orders. Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping to any destination.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled, as it has already left our warehouse. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally before your order enters the shipping process.
